Overview

These terms apply when you purchase and use PtgUI software. By placing an order or using the product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase. Last updated: September 23, 2026.

Regional availability. We currently do not offer purchases to users located in the United States or China. Users in these regions should not place an order.

1. Purchase and delivery

  • PtgUI is sold as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and there is no recurring billing.
  • The price shown at checkout is final and includes the license for the purchased product.
  • After payment is confirmed, your order page will show one activation code. Delivery is automatic; we do not send codes by email.
  • The installation method and an installation tutorial are provided on your order's delivery page after purchase.

2. License and use

  • PtgUI supports Windows (Windows 10 build 18362 or later, including Windows 11) and Macs with Apple Silicon (M-series chips). Please confirm that your device is supported before purchase.
  • One activation code covers one device. To activate, install the app and enter the code when prompted.
  • The license is for your own use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish your activation code or order number.
  • The license is perpetual for the purchased version and includes minor updates and lifetime support, as described on this site.

3. Refunds

Because licenses are delivered as activation codes, purchases are non-refundable after completion, except where a statutory exception applies under applicable law. Before paying, please confirm that your device is supported and that the software meets your needs. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase.

4. User obligations

  • Keep your order number and activation code private and do not post them publicly.
  • Do not attempt to bypass, tamper with, or redistribute the license mechanism of the software.

5. Support

Lifetime support and minor updates are included with your purchase. For purchase, activation, or installation issues, contact us on Telegram and include your order number, system version, and a description of the problem.

6. Limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the software.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the product after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
