Overview

This page explains what information PtgUI collects when you browse this website, place an order, activate a license, or contact support. We only collect and use the information needed to provide the service you asked for. Last updated: September 23, 2026.

1. Information we collect

Order information. When you place an order, we record the order number, the product purchased, the price, the payment status, and the order history. You can buy as a guest; no account registration is required.
Order credentials. After a successful order, the order number and its password are shown on the order page. You use them to look up your order and receive the delivered license key. We never send these credentials by email and never put them in the page URL.
License and activation information. To activate the software, the license key and basic device information are processed by our license service to verify that the license is valid and to bind it to your machine.
Contact information. If you contact support (for example on Telegram), we keep only the information you choose to send — such as your order number — to resolve your issue.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (NOWPayments) on its own secure page. Payment details such as wallet addresses and transaction hashes are handled by that provider under its own privacy policy. We do not store payment credentials and never access your private keys.

3. Local storage and cookies

We use local storage and cookies only for essential functions: remembering your language preference and keeping your order session. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

4. How we use information

To process orders and deliver license keys automatically after payment;
To verify and activate your license;
To provide support and troubleshoot issues;
To prevent fraud and misuse of licenses;
To comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the payment provider required to complete your payment, and with authorities when legally required.

6. Retention

Order and license data are kept for as long as needed to provide the license, activation, and after-sales support, and to comply with legal obligations.

7. Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and access to order and license data is limited to the people who need it to run the service. We collect only the minimum information needed to provide the service.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information related to your orders at any time. Contact us on Telegram and provide verifiable order information (for example your order number).

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this privacy notice, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
