Team license details

PtgUI can be installed on all computers in your network. Licenses are purchased for the maximum number of concurrent users ("seats"), not the number of installed computers.

When PtgUI starts, it borrows one seat from the license. That seat remains occupied for as long as PtgUI is running.

When the user exits PtgUI, the seat is released and immediately becomes available to another computer.

Should I choose Standard or Pro?

Choose Standard for general panorama stitching. Choose Pro if you need HDR, exposure fusion, masking or viewpoint correction. See the Features page for the full comparison.

Is a subscription or monthly payment required?

No. Standard and Pro are one-time licenses with no subscription or monthly fees. Contact us to discuss team license terms.

How do I receive my purchase?

For Standard and Pro, delivery appears automatically on the order page after payment confirmation. If it is not yet visible, check the payment status or contact support with your order number. Team license delivery is arranged separately.

What if I need help installing or activating?

Contact support with your order number and operating system version so we can help you troubleshoot.
